If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When you fill out a contact or booking inquiry form, email us, or call us, we may collect:
Name ,Email address, Phone number, Travel dates, group size, or property preferences & any other details you choose to share in your message. If you inquire about property management services as an owner, your property address and related details. If you inquire about real estate services, information relevant to that inquiry.
Information collected automatically:
Like most websites, our Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies. See Section 3 below.
Information from third parties:
We use FareHarbor to power booking for excursions and boat tours. When you book through that widget, FareHarbor collects and processes your information directly under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at the time of booking. We use the information we collect to: Respond to inquiries and provide booking assistance, Coordinate villa reservations, concierge requests, and guest services. Communicate with you before, during, and after your stay. Send requested information about our vacation rental, property management, or real estate services. Improve our Site and the services we offer. Comply with legal obligations, including those related to short-term rental bookings. We do not sell your personal information.

Real estate inquiries are referred to Coldwell Banker St. Thomas Realty as a separate business.
